IMEO MEC CRM
MEC is a virtual mobile operator in Poland operating the Mobilking network. EEA participated on a project for supporting internal processes of MEC for various department operations. EEA customized IMEO CRM system for MEC as a main application for Customer Care and Back Office and connected this system to partners and suppliers, especially the hosting mobile operator and the content aggregator.
IMEO Araver CRM
EEA implemented and customized IMEO Business suite and specially SFA module and integrate into existing customer information systems and customer’s vendors sales system.
IMEO support sales team with implemented processes (jBPM) which are activated automatically for particular customer, and are related to system actions aimed to sale support and servis systems such a contacting customer during sale, contacting customer before the end of warranty, contacting customer before end of leasing.
