MEC is a virtual mobile operator in Poland operating the Mobilking network. EEA participated on a project for supporting internal processes of MEC for various department operations. EEA developed and implemented a CRM system for MEC as a main application for Customer Care and Back Office and connected this system to partners and suppliers, especially the hosting mobile operator and the content aggregator.
This CRM system was later extended – functionality like automation of processes, campaign support and connection to the switchboard was added. The whole system, including Operation support (hw, network, OS, database, CRM solution support, security monitoring, backups etc.), Development support and Application support is operated by EEA.
EEA company did for MEC following services:
- Installation and configuration of third party SW (Oracle RAC, Jboss, LifeRay, …)
- Implementation of a CRM system with connections to third party systems, including SW components, documentation (user and administrator), installation, testing and configuration
- Project management and project plan
- Education courses for users and administrators
- Support of the CRM after start of full operations
- Hosting, operating and support of the entire system under SLA
Solution is based on our CRM platform IMEO.
After implementing of CRM we delivered also Mobile number portability solution and DWH.
