Na základe našich dlhoročných skúseností s budovaním firmy na princípoch Wikinomics sme vytvorili portfólio riešení a služieb, ktoré pomôžu firmám a organizáciám aplikovať koncept Enterprise 2.0. Základné kamene riešenia tvoria: Jira, Confluence, Liferay, Zimbra, integrácia na socíálne siete, e-marketing, nástroje BI a konzulting.

Naša spoločnosť sa podieľa na projekte Wikinomics CZ-SK. Projekt je zameraný na apikáciu princípov Wikinomics a Enterprise 2.0 v Českaj a Slovenskej republike. EEA developed within the ARENA project a specialized portal solution for libraries for a scandinavian company Axiell Bibliothek AB. Arena introduces both library and end-users to a whole new world; a world where the library can expose the electronic resources to the citizens, and where the 24 hours library inspires user involvement and activity. It is a modern web solution, full of Web 2.0 facilities, making administration, communication and distribution of electronic media much easier. This is a revolutionary solution for the libraries – they will open and get much closer to their customers, but will also enter a competitive landscape with new ways to get revenue. This will make their services more and more sophisticated to the benefit of customers and the libraries as well.

We deliver integrated solution for project and process management, help desk and  system support - based on widely used system Atlassian JIRA. One of our clients is O2 Slovakia.

Whole year 2009 we continue in development of umbrella network management system and network inventory for Army of Czech republic. We cooperate with company Ericsson now.

EEA is regional technological partner in EU project  Europeana local. Our main task is support of content providers. We developed unique OAI-PMH harvester and OAI server for this purpose.

MEC (Mobile Entertainment Company) is a virtual mobile operator in Poland operating the Mobilking network. EEA developed and implemented a CRM system for MEC as a main application for Customer Care and Back Office and connected this system to partners and suppliers, especially the hosting mobile operator and the content aggregator. This CRM system was later extended – functionality like automation of processes, campaign support and connection to the switchboard was added. The whole system, including Operation support (hw, network, OS, database, CRM solution support, security monitoring, backups etc. ), Development support and Application support is operated by EEA. Another project currently running is the Mobile number portability project. EEA also won a tender for DWH system and during 2008 will deliver a complete solution based on Oracle technologies. EEA developed billing system for prepaid customer cards and added necessary functionality into Karat ERP, enabling payment allocation and automated reminder and collection letters process. These components were implemented and integrated with existing Telefonica O2 systems.
